EU countries (France, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, etc.) and international destinations (United States and Canada, México, Australia, Japan, Emirates, Arabia Saudi)
2. Delivery Times

Mainland Spain: 5 to 20 business days

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 5 to 20 business days

International shipping: 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country
Delivery times are counted from the moment payment is confirmed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
3. Shipping Costs

Other destinations: shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the cart based on destination and weight
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
5. Delivery Issues
If there is any delay or problem with the delivery, please contact us at vexoracloths@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided address is correct and complete. Vexora Apparel is not responsible for costs or delays caused by incorrect addresses. If the package is returned, we may resend it after the customer pays the new shipping costs.
7. Uncollected Shipments
If a package is not collected and is returned to sender, it can be resent after the payment of new shipping costs. If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, the order amount will be refunded minus the shipping and return costs.
