Return Policy – AUNTI
At AUNTI, all our products are made to order and, in many cases, personalized according to each customer’s choices.
According to European consumer protection laws, returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized or made-to-order products, except in the following cases:

The item has a manufacturing defect.

The item received does not match the order placed.
In any of these situations, you have 15 calendar days from receipt to contact us at vexoracloths@gmail.com, providing photos and a description of the issue. We will give you clear instructions and, if applicable, a free return label.

Returns are not accepted for mistakes in size, color, or design chosen by the customer when placing the order.

Please check our size guide and personalization details carefully before confirming your order.
🌱 Sustainability commitment: By producing only what is ordered, we avoid overproduction and reduce environmental impact. For this reason, we do not accept returns for personalized products: each garment is made exclusively for you.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected due to a defect or error, we will confirm by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
